So I hear a metallic run once per Revolution in my front right tire. I do not hear it when going backwards so don’t think it is a brake rotor or caliper. I hear it only once per Revolution. Like a quick scraping sound. Just had a lot of front end steering and ball joints replaced and brakes and front right caliper replaced two years ago.
Any serious ideas on what this

Hub or bearing would be my first look.

Check dust shield to see if they bent it during repairs or from a rock first.
If you think bearing is the issue, drive at highway speed, if the sound changes when slightly turning wheel.... definitely bearing.
Next see if a vacuum line is leaking and it is going in and out of 4wd.

What year? I had a 99 super dookie that had wheel bearing problems in the front end.

Will it pull it in with a leak?
I’ve had a few of these trucks and all of them eventually had vacuum line failure. Which meant I had to get out and manually lock the front hubs for 4wd to engage.

Turned out a rock was caught in dust shield

Definitely will pull it in because the new hubs don't have a lock out, just auto and lock. Very common issue. I finally bought a smoke machine just for Ford hubs.
