I'm doing well, better after getting in some range time

I'm still learning what it's like to be a female poster on the OT. Some of the guys over there still think I'm a dude. I only started hanging out on the OB this week actually.

Thanks for the cliff notes! It's nice to meet you, how are you doing tonight?

Don't let all the hardlegging get to you. It comes with the territory. You pretty much have to garner friends on the OT (I have a few including Pox, Grrrl, Bos, MadamSquirrel and a few others). Once you convince them you're sane and whatnot, everything is fine and dandy. I'm sure Pox has helped you out and what not, but feel free to holler if you're ever need to

I saw that in the LNST.

This is not necessarily a bad thing. You will see.

It's a great place and friendly posters. I grew up out in the sticks so it feels like home . There are usually regulars in certain threads that are not allowed on this board (EYE EM). Put in your two cents when you know something on topic and don't be shy. Female posters will get hell on just about every board at least for a little while.

I have a question real quick.

Do you think the shrimp are safe to eat now from the oil spill area?

Do you think everything is back to normal deep below?

So true.

There are so many little cliques on the OT but all the different personalities in one place cracks me up. This place can be addicting though...for better or worse.

So are you in NOLA or BR?

My old lady of more than 20 years doesn't really give me shite about it till it's convenient. But she knows it gets her nowhere but straight line shot to a fight so she doesn't do it often and never because she actually cares. She knows it doesn't matter.

Thanks I appreciate it!

FWIW I grew up in the sticks too. My older brother didn't like to hunt/fish so I was the next best thing. Grew up hunting and fishing, dad taught me how to dehook and clean fish early on. I love spending time in the outdoors. I just wish I could go more often. My ex didn't like to hunt/fish as much as I did (which sucked). Hopefully I can find me a coonass in Baton Rouge to help me solve this problem

Thanks. I like Pox, Madam, Blue, Chick and Paige. I few have been pretty mean but oh well.
I lurked the OT for a while and I thought you were a guy too.. lol..
I wish my name was unisex sometimes.

They haven't hurt me. I've been eating them since they let the schrimper's back out here.
