I've been dying to shoot a deer at about 5 yards with buckshot. Don't know why. It's just one of those things I've always wanted to do for forensic purposes I guess.

Buckshot is all my brother uses.
He inheirted my Dad's Godfathers Fox Double Barrel
Man that thing throws buckshot. anything from around 60 yards and in drops.
Interesting you will only find one or two lethal hits. He dropped a very big doe and it had 2-4 buckshot in her one hit the heart the other around the lung. Another around the neck area

I use it occasionally. I have an old 11-48 16ga from my pawpaw that shoots buckshot extremely well.
