Looks like about an hour and a half depending on traffic. it's 60 miles from gulf shores. y'all gonna be there next weekend?

Yeah, I'll be in Fort Morgan next weekend, Friday - Monday with my Mom's family. I was thinking about bring my kayak because I heard they have some good red fishing around Ft. Morgan, but I'm not sure I want to buy a license for one day.

Not sure what day I will try to fish, maybe Sunday evening since that's the only day my brother can go. We will probably be in P'cola from Sat to Mon morning.
How much is a license in AL? It's only like 7 bucks for a 3 day pass in FL.

I was a farm bitch.........and sometimes, now, my brother lets me help.
I love disking especially, opening up the soil smelling that fresh dirt, watching the cranes chase and eat grasshoppers, mice and an occasional snake.
Good times.

I know what ya mean. We have to fight to use the tractor at one of my deer leases. It's usually the two older guys on the tractors while us young ens watch.
I still live on what used to be the family farm. It was cut in half by I10, and then my grandpaw sold another half and now we have a Subdivision on top of us. Still got a little bit of land to play on though.

I like family farms. Those guys do all the work, so I can just show up and hunt. And watch out for trucks.
