With all of this warm weather, how early do you think they will start moving up to make beds? Hard to say whether we will get anymore cold weather. I know its based off of water temperature and what not. Just trying to get an idea from the OB

Just read an article from a guide at TB saying they're all ready in pre spawn there

I have never seen it in January. Cannot imagine this mild weather lasting much longer.

This would be the earliest I've seen it too. I'm not sure that we get another cold spell or not. I thought we were gonna get it a few days ago after the rain but it heated back up pretty quickly.

Bayou black has females laying eggs already. So I am told. Hard to trust the hardcore freshwater fishermen though.
