I meant to respond to Woodduckman but good to know that you are nearby. I just upgraded my collection with a Walton Champagne Mallard Drake.

It most likely Edward "Bill" Chapman out of Lake Arthur. Only one other that carved decoys and made duck calls. If you have any questions you can message me or call me at 337-523-8123

I’ve got a few. I went to a few classes when I was younger. Met some carving legends in the SE Louisiana area.
