I have a yellow lab I'm looking to shave down to the skin because she stays inside and I'm tired of the hair in my house. What says the OB?

You may get skin infections and other irritations if you do that. Labs hair is not made to shave and the base of the hair follicles will become a likely place for a staph infection which labs are prone to get.

I’ll take your dog since the hair bothers you.

We brought ours to Melly's in Denham. They do an undercut which cuts it down really short like a buzzcut. It lasts a few months before having to bring her again.
