To the op, since it’s clean you might try BREC or one of the parish maintenance depts. I did a big demo job in Mandeville once upon a time and had people from the parish come and offer to take some of the clean concrete off of us to use as riprap at the lakefront. Best way to get rid of excess soil spoils as well. They’ll usually always take free dirt.
