Some of y’all have some really nice box stands but why didn’t y’all build them higher off the ground. Mine are 20+ years old but they’re 10’+ off the ground.

This is false. An 8ft stud is actually 92 5/8 inches long. Bottom and top plate is another 3 inches. Most frame carpenters double the top plate on houses and large buildings.

This is a bad arse deer stand...but im just here to watch the hoisting process.
