You're from the land mass. You don't know what "right"is.

Srsly though. We should come up with a deer sausage exchange system.

We have tried Benoits and a few others.Always went back to Vines. We have been using them since the early 90's.No reason to change...kinda set in our ways.Hopefully Obama will let us continue to hunt.

[Quote]My price is .40 per pound

That's not bad considering it takes me about 2hrs to vacuum seal deer sausage, back strap, and roast with the little cheap model sealer, and the time it takes to clean up afterwards.

That price is in the sausage and ground meat charge, we do not pack meat that's not processed here, and if for some reason you don't want it packed, we discount your bill by .40 per pound

My bad Ken. Wasn't directed towards you. Was just going by what other people tell me they pay these days although im sure they dont debone the deer. That is actually an impressive price. I started processing my own deer ever since your old man shut it down. I have to give it to you and your dad, yall seasoned groundmeat & sausage is the best i've had in the area by far. My whole family used to get their deer processed by your old man. My uncle lives across the street from your dad. By the way does your dad still make hoghead cheese from time to time.
