Thanks, I used chop shop last time. It was good but very pricy.
I got one today. Looking for somewhere reasonable for sausage and ground. I already have one at tramonte’s so I’ll probably take this one elsewhere.
I have also used Big Boys in Summit, MS before. Sausage is okay, ground was good and packed in easy to freeze tubes. He does not do tamales or burritos, but is quick and reasonable.

can personally vouch for both. My deer go to Benoit's now b/c it's convenient to my office. My daughters say their deer meatloafs and jalapeno/cane syrup sausage is the best thing ever.
