No comment on the deer processing, but the Bergeron’s Covington boudin is terrible and all the market premade stuffed birds, apps, and meat are blandly unremarkable.

Covington location made some really good andouille from a hog my buddy dropped off.

Expensive, even the check out lady rang it up again bc she couldn't believe one deer was that much for sausage. Sausage was meh. I use Benoits in Addis.

I just got off the phone with the Covington location. I dropped mine off on 12/22, he said it should be ready around 2/20. WTF?
I called the week before the freeze and the other guy said I should be done on Monday 1/20 or 1/22
