Hello to my fellow OB ers! Bought and used a cam this year and wanted yall to know that the battery life of my moultrie D55IR is awesome! i put my cam out and the first pic was taken 9/20/11 it took a couple of thousand pics over the season. My buddy(318 tiger) retrived it from the woods last weekend 3/3/12 and it still had 44% battery life. In my opinion this cam is a good investment for good pics and extended battery life!

I too can vouch for the battery life, but the trigger response time sucks.

I have the same cam.Battery life is good.I just find that trip time is slow especiall at an distance over 25 ft.Would bu it again though for $99.00
