Does anyone in the lumber business know the going board foot rate for cypress beams/liveedges? I have some that I’ve had for awhile now and I’m getting mixed info on it’s actual true board foot value. I have 4 like the photo below.

Depends on who you market to. As lumber for structural use that board isn't worth much. For someone wanting a rustic or antique table or bench you can get more than market value per BF for plain cypress lumber. I would say around$5/BF if its 18" or wider. If more along the 12" range maybe $3 Kiln dried will be of more value

How wide and thick, long is that beam? If 12" wide and no less then 6" thick and 7' to 8' long. I would say a value of $200- $250. Would make a nice mantle. Any wider, not so.
Problem is, every Tom, Dick and Larry has old cypress beams and think they have gold. Not so anymore.
Now if that was old growth pine, that would be a $300 beam for a mantle. For some reason, old growth pine is bringing in more money these days.
