Covert wireless app update

Anybody having issues with the new app? I'm not getting any notifications when our cameras take pictures and the realtime photo command isn't working. The new app is horrible. Really slow. I don't like the new layout. I saw on another forum that people were having similar issues. Just wonder if any of you guys are seeing the same.

Yes we have been having issues as well. Real Time photo hasn't worked on ours in about a year. The app says the command has been sent but the pic is never taken.
Now I have a notification bubble on the app and can't remove it. I have opened every menu in the app but it is still there. I think this company is in over their heads. The original 3G camera was a game changer and I don't think they support it well enough now that it has grown. I have called their support several times, and you basically get a Kentucky girl answering the phone with "Hello?"
We need another camera or 2 at our place but we are hesitant to go with Covert due to the issues we've had with the app over the last year or so.

We've had decent success with Snyper. The few cameras we bought that didn't work we sent in and they sent us brand new replacements that next week with no questions asked.

My dad has 2 of the 3g and 1 new 4g covert cameras. He still had the old app on his iPad because he had turned off automatic updates. It is working fine with all 3 cameras. But his iPhone and my android phone both updated and it's been nothing but trouble since.
I just bought a moultrie modem for my 180i panoramic camera. Looking forward to testing it out when I get home.
