Helped the old man move reloading equipment and supplies today. Three truck beds and a big trailer full and this was nothing compared to what we moved a couple weeks ago that was all live ammo in cans.

I can measure my gun stuff inheritance by the ton.

Depends on what you want to do. Fishing, probably late July, early August. Weather wise, probably June.

Bears are unusually active, probably because the snow depth even near tidewater in some places is unusually deep right now. Never seen so many this early.

I got alot but not that much. Last big shopping spree I went on. The local swat unit deliverd two truckloads of guns and ammo to me. I let them play with some of my toys and they get me good prices.

Yes each pile is a different Caliber. Got plenty of some and not near enough of others.

Faxis, my gun stuff inheritance can be weighed in a thimble. All of mine has been acquired over last 5 yrs.

That's where a lot of this came from. The old man has been working with those guys for forty or fifty years. He still accurizes their sniper rifles. And my brother is an ex Seal so they think he hung the damn moon because when he comes into town he hooks up with them to help them out, plus he works in the industry now.

Me? Just a lowly nobody who learned from the best as the oldest son and had an unlimited supply of ammo and guns to practice with my entire life.

Nothing to see here.

Smack, you are surely do g something more than normal FP or have supplemental revenue sources. I would love to have expendable funds to purchase that much.

I'm planning a trip to Alaska in the near future. Since the trip will only be approximately 10 days in duration, I was planning on seeing Denali and the Kenai Peninsula because of their relatively close proximity to Anchorage. How do you think Denali and Kenai Fjords NPs stack up to Glacier Bay and other sights in the S.E.?

My neighbors probably thought we were getting raided. They had just finished some training and were in full gear.

My inheritance fits in 5 gun safes with the ammo in 3 other safes.

Do alot of derm and ortho. Procedures pay well. See high volume, code well and keep overhead low. Overhead only about 33percent. Do all my own ekgs, xray's, and lab. Plus wife owns and operates a pharmacy in my parking lot.

ETA-and own part of a NH and MRI unit.

It really depends on what you want to do in Denali. If you are going to stay in one of the hotels outside the park entrance and take the wildlife tour, there are much better options.

Kenai Fjords is a smaller version of Glacier Bay, little larger than Tracy Arm (where I went today).

You can't go wrong with either, but Kenai and the railbelt in general is more developed and more crowded than S.E. But,unless you are going into Kantishna, or planning some backcountry sightseeing, Denali is overrated.

S.E. has nothing like Denali. SE is much less developed, and that's saying something. The positive of your idea is that you can actually take the rail from Seward to Denali.

Just now checking out my pictures today and found this. Didn't plan it, but it's kind of cool

Flag off the fantail and a waterfall. There are literally hundreds of these falls in Tracy Arm.

I prob know your name then. I worked with them for two yrs as their medic. I had to go through reserve school and train with them. Didn't pay much but I was able to right off a bunch of shite including some thermal imaging equipment. Had to quit when county decided to quit paying my disablity ins and my private carrier wouldn't cover me.

I went in on entries and was armed so I guess I understand why they considered me high risk.

It's just impossible to do Alaska justice in a couple of weeks. I've always wanted to see both areas of the state....but pretty much all the towns I want to see (Haines, Petersburg, Sitka) are in the Southeast. I'd imagine getting around the S.E. is much more difficult.
