I'm pretty sure this is from a video that was sent to schools after Columbine to promote more strict dress codes. The whole point was to show that kids with baggy pants and untucked shirts can conceal a shitload of weapons. They never show him try to walk, though. That clip was also shown in Bowling for Columbine.
No one here should be that scared, though. Most of those are .380's.

Manufacturing of fast-burning, high velocity powders has come a long way. The .380 is a very capable round now, and it's the only platform small enough to comfortably pocket carry. Yea, there are some 9mm platforms that some can pocket carry (Kahr CM9, Keltec PF9, etc.) but not everyone can.
And as always, it's better to have something than nothing.

Agreed. I carry a .380 pretty much every day. A lot of people on the internets don't believe in carrying anything that won't put down a rhino, though. I guess I need to work on my sarcasm phrasing.
