So I've decided to replace the struts then decided it would be dumb not to replace the links since the bushings were old and worn. Thing is what exactly will I notice with the new ones? Less play in the steering? I've ordered the parts just havent done it yet.

Check the actual sway bar bushings as well, not just the links. Depending on mileage, it won't hurt and it's cheap.

Get a poly, greasable kit from Daystar or Energy Suspension. You won't notice any difference unless your old ones were completely worn out and clunking around

When you change out the links make sure to unbolt both of them instead of doing one side at a time. I made that mistake the first time and was fighting the hell out of that sway bar to get them in .

Just had both done on my 05 F150 and it drives like new. I'm not a DIY guy though had to pay to have it done.
