Cerakote shotguns

Anyone have Cerakote on shotgun barrel and receiver? Is it as scratch resistant and water proof as stated.
Some guns can come with it factory done.
Beretta A300 $800+

I don't have it on a shotgun but I have it on a couple ARs and it's pretty damn durable. I've dragged them through a good bit of brush on several occasions and it's still holding up just fine.

My son and I each have SBE2 cerakoted after purchase around 2014 and they've held up fine on the metal. I had my stock and fore arm dipped in camo pattern but his cerakoted stock is spiderwebbing in the flex areas of the comfortech stock.
