Camps around Dulac/4 Mile Bayou/greater Cocodrie

I have been in this area a few times, but not very familiar. My dad has an old camper he wants to bring down and put on a leased lot. I guess I have 3 questions:
1. What's an ideal location?
2. What's price/availabilty like?
3. Would we better off going a little further east in Lafourche?

Dont go east. Way over crowded unless you like walking from boat to boat. Dularge/Cocodrie is a lot more spacious and I feel there is less pressure on the fish as well. Hope this helps!

Dulac would probably work for you. It's cental between Cocodrie and Dularge. There is a guy developing camper spots at the end of Four Point road. There are also some lots north of the levee on Harry Bourg property on Four Point.
Finally, you may want to check out Channelside Marina. They have plenty of camper spots but I am not sure they will be in business much longer. I heard they were closing.
