I came across the black and silver one like the one pictured and I'm not ashamed to tell you I paid $250 for it about 10 years ago

I had a coworker get one back years after it was stolen. They had to wait until the trial and appeals were over. It was beat up though. It turns out that people who steal your shite don't take very good care of it either

Why would there not be a possession of an unregistered machine gun charge?
the pd will notify a fed that is assigned to one of the task forces aligned to the PD/SO (FBI or ATF there are more than 1)
the agent assigned to the T/F will then go over the circumstances of the case to make sure all is good/ "on the up & up" and write a summary/factual bassis and send it up to the US Atty aligned to the T/F..
if all good on that end, they present to a grand jury, then when they return a true bill, the defendant will be charged.. he/she/they are fricked pretty bad on just the unregistered silencers, the machine gun (if in fact it is a MG, will send to a court qualified SME to verify it is in fact, by definition in us code a machine gun) is going to be a pretty big problem for them as well. The drugs and prior conviction(s) will be used as enhancements, also a big problem.
maybe they're waiting for the feds to get ahold of him????
see above, should be a layup

Universal M1 Enforcer. Originally had a pistol grip but looks like a carbine stock was swapped.
