Bow(hunting) stabilizing and dampening?

Let's just limit this to hunting rigs. So, I've been out of the accessory department for many, many years because I was so happy with my LX and how it shot, felt, sounded etc. Finally upgraded, and am not sure if my old stuff in this dept is up to par. I am mostly curious about all the rear offset stuff I have been seeing on bows. Now, I do not ever shoot with my quiver on, so countering that is not an issue.
So, what do you guys like in this area? Must one use every bushing? Leave the rear one open if the bow shoots fine?
Are Monkey Tails worth the extra string weight?
Are split limb dampeners a must? Sims vs. Bowjax? Let's talk.
Oh, here is a low light pic,

Planning on taking the Commander to the Cocodrie landing and making that short crossing to those places we used to hunt. May even try to find some crossings from the CRP. Way easier in the Yak than walking in from Brooks Brake.

I've never questioned the monkey tails, to be honest, but Mathews' engineers swear by them so I say it's worth it.
In my opinion, I want the quietest bow. I love a quiet bow with a heavy arrow.
I also shoot quiverless, I don't have split limbs though

BTW, a sweet deal on an Avail my length with accessories I would want showed up on AT the day after I bought that halon

I'm a short draw as well so I've been trying to decide between the avail and the stoke.
