I saw this bird while fishing yesterday. The pics are screenshots from the video I took with my phone, so sorry for the poor quality. I’m thinking it’s a bald eagle with an abnormal color pattern, but I’m no bird expert. I wish I had a better shot of its head. It had a streak around the eyes that reminded me of a wigeon.

Hard to say for sure, but eagle with streak over the eye sounds like an Osprey.
