Wait until a good clear day with no wind about February next year. If you live in a piney woods area you are going to want to do it before the pollen starts falling.

TWP says wait 4-12 months after installation before sealing/staining. I used TWP 100 last year, and it looks great. I had used Behr previously, and it didn't last but a couple of years.
