Its not a mushy trigger at all. Its a great trigger, but the one I shot didn't have a definitive wall.

Lol I don't know what to tell you man. I shoot 3Gun and USPSA competitions and a lot of people run the X5s since it's a solid and relatively low cost option to get into the sport. Because of this, I've had plenty of opps to play with one. The takeup is gritty, break isn't very crisp, too much overtravel, and the reset is just embarrassing. Can't touch the Walther at all as far as stock triggers go (though the X5 is probably a better all-around competition gun given the other features).

There's a reason almost every X5 comp shooter swaps out their stock triggers for GrayGuns/Apex/Keres
