Best place to look online to find a new lease

I’m looking to get into a new lease for this upcoming year. What are the best options to look at online to find a new place? Any recommendations?

If they're advertising online then you probably don't want it. The best leases come from word of mouth or referrals.

What does a "good" lease go for in SELA if you can even get the opportunity to lease it?

I don't know how to put this without being rude. There are none. Seriously.
Unless you consider a "good lease" a place to sporadically kill a few divers, greys and blue wing teal.

Ha not rude in my view. That's the answer I figured. But yeah, that would be my definition of "good" when it comes to SELA.
Say what you want but I'll take greys and teal any day - hell i wish I could say I saw more than a handful this year.
