Bayou Ferblanc Posted Signs

I was fishing in the Leeville area last Friday and decided to go to Bayou Ferblanc to get out of the wind. As I traveled North in Bayou Ferblanc past Bay Jacques, there are new posted signs saying Posted Air Patrolled violators...
There have been cuts off of Ferblanc with posted signs for many years to protect duck leases but this is the first time I have seen these signs. Does anyone know who put them up, can this waterway be legally posted, and what may happen to someone that does not heed the signs.s

Is this before the pipeline canals ? Did you take a picture or can you show us on the map where this was?
