Barrel mounted camera

Anyone have any reviews on these? Are they for real or is it more of a novelty?

Need shopping advice for a hunter in the family

Never tried the barrel mounts but I had one that replaced my stabilizer on my bow and I hated it…do way better with my GoPros

Barrel mounted will cause a change in impact.

Might not matter inside 100yds but outside of that it would. Would need to be shot prior to re-zero

All the videos I have seen from barrel mounted cameras have been shat once the gun has been fired. Same with stabilizer cams on bows. Blurry.

Shotkam is supposed to be pretty good. I haven't used one.

My Padna reps Tactacam, he has Solo on his shotgun he used for comp skeet shooting.
