Top shelf customer service. I had an issue with some .284 140 gr Accubond bullets while reloading, Called Nosler customer service and explained the issue. They promptly offered replacement bullets while stating it would probably take a few weeks to get them to me. The bullets arrived today.

Now if they could only .257 and .277 out to suppliers as I have 100+/- of each primed and waiting on bullets. I would be elated!

Glad to hear of your good experience w/ Nosler CS. Unfortunately, my experience w/ their CS last summer was pretty bad. I needed a gun part for a Nosler Custom Handgun. My main problem was unresponsive CS despite communicating via e-mai and telephone. I was working against a deadline as I wanted to get the gun in shape for an upcoming prairie dog hunt. They eventually sent me the part for free, but not until I"d already ordered it from Midway. That seems to be a common thread w/ CS nowadays as it can vary greatly from excellent to bad.

Wish I could say the same. I'll never buy a nosler product after my experience. Bought a box of 10mm/40 jhp with actual diameter stated as .401 inches. After loading a few I noticed little to no case tension. I measured a few and consistently got diameters of less than .385 inches. The customer rep told me to mail a few in and they would "evaluate them in the lab". I mailed a few at my own expense. There response was that the bullet was within SAAMI specs. I asked him what about the other 2 bullets. He claimed there was only 1 in the envelope. I then sent pictures of several bullets measuring below SAAMI specs. He then told me I need to use a micrometer as it is more accurate than calipers. So, I sent pictures of them measured with the micrometer, which actually showed them being even more out of spec. He told me to mail the whole box in at my expense if I felt they were wrong. I told him to go frick himself and sold them along with Nosler's correspondence stating they were within spec. Instead of making amends to satisfy a customer, they lost at least 2 customers.

ETA: If you research what Nosler employees say of the company, it's that they have poor quality control and are more interested in cranking out as much as they can while using poorly maintained equipment.
