I’m shooting 70# 28” draw length. I’m going for a balance between penetration and speed. Right now I’m shooting a 350 spine victory arrow. I’d like to stick with victory as an arrow but need to know arrow length, spine, size and what type victory arrow I should shoot. I’d like it to be made for hunting. What says the OB?

ETA: missed where you said about balance. I have same draw weight/length but I shoot gold tips. 29” arrow with 125 gr head. Really shoots well. I stepped up to the 300 spine because of added weight

I have a subscription to archery advantage. It’s $12. It’ll tell you exactly what you’re looking for every type of arrow made today. Tell me what bow you have and I’ll look up some stuff later for you.

I had bought the OT2 app if anyone else needs help. I believe it and archer advantage are close.

<—- @gmail.com if anyone needs me to look at their specs on the app

0t2 works good .. I have the app also..
I shoot a 29 inch bow. At 70 lbs . I cut my axis 300 spine arrows at 27.25 inches.. 75 grains of brass 125 grain head.. total arrow weight in 535 grains. 15% foc. I Have shot everything from 375 grains to 700 grains. This combo flies best for me and the Ot2 app says the spine is perfect..

Download the app it's 10 bucks or so with the add ons.. you can build the arrows in the app before you buy them.

Lancaster archery sells individual arrows. Once you narrow your weight range down you can order a few and see what you like.. gold tip also has a good system with their screw in weights. Velocity arrows are hard to beat . You can add as much weight as you want until you get to the one that flies best.. I know you said you want to stick with the current arrow but the gold tip system is the cheapest for tinkering until you get a weight and spine you like..

I'm glad i really dialed in my arrows. The spine charts provided online are a guide to get started but adding 100 grs of weight up front completely changed my bow. Super smooth

Victory Arrow Guide

Click the link then select the open spine calculator. I shoot both a crossbow and Mathews Switchback XT.

I chose Easton FMJ arrows due to their weight, in order to get more pass through shots. I'm sure Victory has a quality heavier arrow as well.
