Anyone with knowledge on the Xstand victor climber (climber suggestions)Posted by oleyeller

looking at getting a climber. Dont use but 2 times a year or so when i go off hunting. Dont want to spend over $200. Looking at it and the olman multivision. I know the olman is a good stand, but the xstand is 5 or so lbs lighter. Just wondering if anyone has used one? Or any other suggestions
Also summit viper steel is in price range

I would try to pick up a used aluminum viper. I see them from time to time in your range. How far do you plan on carrying it. No experience with the X stand.

Not above used (but its going to be a christmas gift from my dad, and he gona wana buy new for me) obv want lighter, but im aware in my price thats not many options. I would only use this when i go off once r twice on trips. I can usually drive atv to where im putting it.
That summit is very comfortable.
For use a few times a year and not packing it far that would be a good choice.
I would replace the straps with molle straps and kidney belt.
Don’t have experience with the other two.

Like Mollie backpack padded straps. Preferably with the waist belt. Should be able to find some less than $50. Makes a big difference if you will be packing it any distance.
