Looking at the Sidewinder Nocturnal with red dot cut for my battle belt. They offer a Light/No Light option that allows you to use it with/without a light (the only company I've seen that offers this). Anyone know if they use molds or actual guns to shape their Kydex? Blackpoint is currently my favorite fitment, for what that's worth.

They look damn good.

I use and stock their iwb holsters.

Now I'm carrying a 19 w/ an xc1.

The light no light option for owb is weird. It's hard to explain. I orderd one to try it out and was like.....meh.

ugh. I read that there's some kind of crossbolt that you thread through to block off the light channel, which may be kinda lame. Don't know why I wouldn't have a light, I just like not having the restriction.

1. VTAC Brokos and Cobra belts. Do yall have any?

2. TLR1 HL vs X300 Ultra. I was 99% sure I'd like the X300 better, but I compared them in a pitch black warehouse today and the TLR has a whiter and clearer beam. I was shocked. Any thoughts?

I do, I have one for my Glock 19 and x300. It's easily my favorite outside the waist setup. It was tight as shite to release but it's just right after some use.

Yup cross bolt thing is the weird part. But the holsters are nice.

After running VTAC nightfighter I prefer the Streamlight because the switch is easier to manipulate for me. I've got short fingers and can't get a lot of leverage on the paddle of the x300 to manipulate the light if shooting only strong or support hand.

For carbines, I can work the x300 just fine if mounted 11 to 1.

In terms of the light. Meh. I never noticed a difference when firing.

Thanks. I'm gonna make a trip on an off day to try the belts on and play with some holsters. I'm the same way re: the lights. I have small hands and my fingers manipulate the Streamlight much easier. Thanks for the help
