I'd find another dealer. They can't fix shite over there. Ended up bringing my Ranger to David Wade to get fixed after the idiots at Aqua couldn't figure out what the warning beep meant on mine. Other than beating Cabelas by a couple hundred bucks, they are usless.

If they have tried to fix it twice and failed and are now not doing anything about it I would find an attorney that specializes in lemon law and get him to draft a letter. I know a couple people that have had problems like this with new cars that went nowhere until they sent that letter and then they were immediately taken care of.

Do you want to fix it or not? If it was my boat and I had to take it to Alexandria or hell Dallas to get it fixed right that is what I would do. Hell, drive it to the factory, maybe they swap it for a new one.
