River on a rise and cold temps usually = mallards.

I do. Working right now but plan on going over there tommorrow. We've popped em pretty good despite the river being way down and our hunting area about 1/3 of what it normally is. Havnt been since this latest artic blast, but will try to get a report from the choirboy. This cold weather damn sure put some birds on our field in NELA...

last sunday in annas bottom, did work nothing but green heads. Also have a hole south of natchez on the river nothing but woodies, but 3 guys will kill a limit in about 15 minutes.
