I caught a few off the islands near grand isle in my trawl yesterday so they must have started to make the run to the beach. So far this year I haven't seen a crab out at the islands, trawl or not. We launched out of Port Sulphur the other day, there were crabs crawling EVERYWHERE, you probably didn't even need bait to catch them, hopefully they are headed for the beach.
