Anybody know what type of vine this is?

Wondering if this is poisonous or not. That larger leave vine. I know the smaller one underneath is Jasmine.

Yep and that stuff is vicious. It is extremely hard to get rid of and if you cut it up with a weedeater and cut it up in chunks, almost any part that finds soil can start to grow.

I've had it in my back yard for a few years now and it is very invasive. It pops up in my vegetable garden and as much as I pull to remove, more comes back in its place.

You can eradicate it by painting it with RoundUp concentrate and triclopyr. It will take several applications though

Not sure the type.. but I would use round up to kill it.. then use Preen after it is gone to prevent it from coming back
