Any hog hunters that run dogs on here?

if so what type bay dogs do you use, also besides a pitt whats another catch dog you have used?

pitts or bulldogs make catch dogs, mostly pitts.

yeah they are the best, but i have had success with Dogo's.

We always ran catahoulas with a bmc lead dog.

blue tics or other hounds if you want to chase the living crap out of them. currs and muts for shorter range. only have experience with pits for catching. I think a friend used rod. ridge backs.

we use catahoulas and florida cracker curs for catch and bay.

Really could use a pack of them to help take care of the pig problem I have. They getting smart to trapping.

Its a blast to catch them with the dogs.

We only use 2 dogs per chase and those same dogs catch.
Its rough on the hogs that way, cause it can take a while for us to get to them. by then the dogs have chewed on them pretty good.
