Etc.

Sort of like an Etsy for outdoor hunting/fishing items?

TIA.

I've seen a lot people just start an instagram page and put a "link in bio" in their profile.

You should start "etsybaw.com"

ETA: check out gunnar_brammer on IG. He's got some cool looking stuff.

Etsy has a fair amount of custom outdoor gear listed. That would make a good store front, sign up and promote your stuff on fly fishing forums and then create a FB and Instagram page to get the word out elsewhere.

I've bought stuff like that on eBay. Leaders, flys etc.

If you're looking for a place to buy, google Millers fly shop. He makes great flies and they aren't overpriced like tackle shops or places like orvis. Usually ships same day too. Ebay or creating your own website would be my suggestion if you're looking to sell
