Adding Lifetime H&F License to DL

My Driver's License expires at the end of the month and I want to add my Lifetime H&F to it. What do I need to bring? Anything other than my Lifetime Card?
They started allowing this a month after I renewed it last go-round, so I'm sure many of you have already done it.

If you are going to the DMV just bring your cards and ask them to add the endorsements. They will want to make copies of the cards. I got my lifetime license, hunter education, and boater education added, all of which show up on my LA Wallet app now. I got the app after adding my stuff so I'm not sure if the app just has that information already through the state or if it's because I added it at the DMV.

There is a “Link to LDWF Account” in the LA Wallet app. I clicked on it and everything I had with LDWF was transferred to the app.

As others stated, just bring your lifetime license card with you.
They can also add Veteran status to your license if you bring your DD-214
