9th Circus - CA law requiring background checks for ammo purchases in effect

CA US district judge ruled law unconstitutional and denied a stay of his ruling pending appeal.
2-1 vote by 9th Circuit stayed ruling during appeal, allowing it to go into effect and be enforced while ruling is appealed.
If I lived a state bordering CA, I'd open a combo gun/ammo and small ICE equipment store.

Nevada and AZ are already kind of known for having a lot of gun stores.
That border property is going to be like liquor stores on every line of dry counties.

Can we just build a wall around CA? This is starting to be completely insane.

A background check for ammo. “Why do you need an assault rifle?!” is not the end and would never be the end.

The little commie judges know it's unconstitutional, they just want to make it as painful as possible.

That, plus it’s the incremental approach. A straight gun grab won’t work, but making it harder to own a gun? That can be achieved in less direct ways. Like restrictions on ammo and banning online purchases and requiring crazy insurance and suing gun manufacturers etc etc
