Hey fellas,

The wheeler in the pic was stolen over the weekend out of Holden, La (between BR/Hammond).

White Honda 500 4x4, 27” mudzilla tires, 14 inch rims, snorkeled, extended rear rack

If you happen to see a similar 4 wheeler posted for sale on Craigslist, Facebook, or FB marketplace, please post a link here. We have the VIN.

I know the odds are slim, but any help is greatly appreciated.

Good luck! People who do things like this need to have a finger or two chopped off and that will hopefully stop some of these low life pieces of crap from stealing from good hard working people!

Out of the yard, key not in ignition. The house is in what you’d call “the country”. Taken Saturday night, no one was home. Guess they’d been staking it out waiting for the right time.

That sucks. I have one just like it except green and a 2006 model.

I usually chained mine up, turned off gas, left the ES in gear, took off seat, and removed battery anytime I was gone for an extended time.

Otherwise I just had it chained up and locked in our barn

Sucks man. I sent out a group text to some buddies i ride with. They will be on the lookout at the local mud parks. Anything to look for other than what you described?

Thanks a bunch. Nothing I’m aware that would differentiate it from the same model other than the rim brand and tires. It’s actually my cousin’s, and I’m trying to help. Not even sure what yr model, but we’d both know it if we saw it.

I’ll ask him if he recalls what the rim brand is. He bought it as is, and really didn’t pay much attention to the minute details such as tires/wheels/size etc.

But I do know from looking myself the tires are 27s on 14 inch rims bc I was comparing them to my tires. The rims look like ITP, but I can’t confirm. Not exactly sure on the width, but I think it’s 12 on back, and either 9 or 10 on front.

Wheels look just like my sons but the center caps may be a little different. Look at
STI HD3.

Those are identical except for the center cap. Different manufacturers make rims so similar looking it’s hard to tell.

For instance, based on the blank center cap these appear to be the rims:

ITP SS312 Alloy Series Wheel

I’m almost positive they’re ITP, bc I always looked at them during hunting season and seem to recall ITP being stamped on there somewhere.

I’m going to text this thread over to my cousin. I don’t think he’s a member here. Maybe he can clarify or add any info I’m leaving out.

Thanks for the help!

I am sorry to hear about your loss!! A 4wheeler is one of mans best friends.

Did you snorkel it yourself?
