I have an '04 LB&, I mix a half a quart of Pennzoil two stroke oil in every tank for extra lubrication. After 2-3 tanks when I bought the truck the FPR "lope" at idle disappeared and has not returned. Diesel engines need lubrication and ULSD does not provide it.
