This shotgun has been a little repair project of mine since after Thanksgiving.

It was complete except for needing an ejector/spring assembly and a closing spring plug clip. Filthy though, probably hasn't been seriously stripped and cleaned in 20+ years. Managed to find the parts and now it seems to function just fine. I'll take it to the range and run some light game loads through it to test it out though. If it works then I'm faced with the decision of selling it for or buying it from the owner who wants a reliable pump action shotgun for HD instead of this semi-auto that she has trouble loading and doesn't trust. I already have a Benelli Nova pump and a Ruger Red Label so it's not like I'm really in the market for another shotgun. Not sure if I want to go through the trouble of trying to sell it and dealing with endless low-ballers before finding a serious buyer either.

Nice! I've got the Sears and Roebuck/Ted Williams version of this gun, don't think it's quite that old. Mine is in almost perfect cosmetic shape, but I busted the welds on the receiver when I tried to break it down and clean it. I've been kicking around the idea of getting it repaired to give to my son in a couple of years.
