Saw 2 small bucks chasing 2 difference does this mornin.
On the ground hunting a draw between bedding and some select cut pines.

Gusty winds out the east
Got home from my morning hunt and ate then laid back in my recliner for a nap. My mother in law called waking me up screaming about my cows being on the neighbors place. Haul arse up here while arguing with her on the phone about my fence building ability, the diet of my cows, and generally how inept I am. Get up here and it turns out it’s not even my damn cows on the neighbors place. Really makes me wish I could drink today cause I’d fix me a stiff one

Had a doe and yearling come by. Real nice 3yr old 8pt behind them. He worked a scrape and then caught sight of another doe and bolted after her. Had his left side been as good as his right and a few inches wider he’d have gotten shot at
