Why no Activity?

Ok Earlier this week Bp had said they would replace the current "TOP Hat" with a more sfficient one. Obama said they would achieve 90% containment.Yet a check of the 12 ROVS working on this right now shows no activity. Do they not want to pay the overtime? Seems like I would have ROV crews doing 3 shifts . Anyone know what's up down below?

I think a few days ago I saw it sitting nearby on a ship in a picture. Not sure whats going on. Really hasnt been much news about it.

No mystery time line is intact right now for what they have been saying. Not sure what you don't understand. You mention the new top hat isn't in place or something. It will be installed when they put the production rig in service Tiago Pisces are something like that. Can't ever remember that name.
Last time I saw a picture of one of the three new top hat replacements it was still being made. That was about a week ago I guess. The one I saw was much bigger than the current one and weights 70 tons or something unbelievable like that. Looks to be about 15 foot tall. But there are three and that one might not be the one they use.
