They don't cheat the system, then they're getting their full pay. Too bad they had to lie and cheat the system. Its also too bad people like you feel it is okay to skip out on taxes and break the law, but thats society these days.

F'em. I hate the oil spill as much as the next guy I truly do. But to bitch because you cheated on your taxes and are not getting your due from BP is just stupid.
