I'm pretty sure he was exposed today. In an interview this afternoon, Nungesser claimed "there is no cooperation between the major oil companies." And, "if he were in charge, he would bring in Shell, Conoco, and other major oil companies"

I know Shell has sent vessels to assist BP. I can't help but think they would also send the greatest minds. (both have too much at risk)
