I was thinking the exact same thing! He is portraying the color change at a riptide as an oil plume under the water, which is total BS! That person obviously has no idea what the normal GOM visuals and patterns are

haha he thinks these guys are skimming so there must be oil. i just had to inform him that vessels dont skim by trailing boom and they are removing boom off the island because in fact there is no oil
