Need help finding a boat to charter for oil samples

I need to charter a boat ASAP that will take someone into the gulf to get oil samples. Any recommendations? Preferably out of Shell Beach or Venice areas.

call anyone one of them. I believe its $800 plus fuel to see the oil. what are the samples for?
