BP is responsible for this mess!

If you dont think there are enough crews cleaning up - blame BP!

If you dont like booms sitting on land and not being deployed - Blame BP!

BP IS RESPONSIBLE and will be footing the bill.

Luckily the Army National Guard, Coast Guard, and NOAA are out in full force to assist.
